BCG Toronto
Located in the heart of Toronto’s financial district, Boston Consulting Group’s goal for their new workplace was not to just express the global BCG brand identity, but instill a sense of gravitas, aspiration and purpose within their staff and evolve their strong sense of company culture with recruitment in mind. This guided the design team to create a unique visual language that spoke to abstract concepts of transformation, fusion and invention and showcased the Canadian BCG personality with a nod to their global reach. The team expressed this visual language though the creation of static and digital graphic installations, both content-rich and artistic, and through the thoughtful use of color, graphic form and materiality that elegantly wove the experience together into one cohesive brand story and an elevated employee experience.
The design team focused on enhancing the space into a truly transformational workplace that promotes well-being, purpose and equity and reflects their strong company culture through supportive and beautiful amenities and meaningful installations that celebrate the people at BCG Canada. Integrating digital media into the reception space, the team designed a celebration of the BGC legacy that captures their history of strategy and innovation and is flexible enough to grow with them into the future.
