
The Clover at Olive Crossing
The creation of the brand identity began by positioning a new boutique residence as a place for professionals to live, work and play with easy access to the city and all the amenities that support a modern lifestyle.
The name “The Clover” was developed to celebrate the geographic location and the historic incorporation of Olivette in the 1930s that joined the four communities of Central, Tower Hill, Olive and Stratmann. A clover is often seen as a symbol of ease, luxury, and pleasant circumstances which reinforces the intention of the residence.
Friendly curvature of lowercase letterforms are used to create the wordmark and depict an abstracted four-leaf clover made from the shapes of the O and C. Joining these letterforms is a representation of the strong connection to the Olive Crossing community.
Color was strategically selected to reflect the key brand attributes of timelessness, simplicity, balance, and refinement that was then applied to various brand touchpoints including signage, marketing collateral and online presence.
